In the Bregenz Forest, specialized knowledge about the healing powers of herbs is passed from generation to generation. Susanne Kaufmann grew up as part of this living tradition. Even as a little girl, she accompanied her knowledgeable grandmother gathering wild herbs and flowers.

At the age of 23, Kaufmann took over the Hotel Post in Bezau. Hers is the family’s fifth generation to own the establishment. Soon afterwards, she began to develop her own botanical treatments and skin care products for use in the hotel-owned spa. In collaboration with renowned dermatologists, these products evolved into an extensive skin care line for men and women that combines tradition and innovation in a new way.
