Stephanie Schneider began her professional career working with European designers including Hussein Chalayan and Kostas Murkudis. She launched her own jewelry line in 2006.

Often riffing on the number 17, Schneider's line of minimalist jewelry brings disparate materials together in unexpected ways. The designer's background in textiles is evident in each of her pieces, in which materials from linen to mohair are used with precious metals, resulting in jewelry with stunningly contrasted textures.
