Dowland is a one-man multidisciplinary design studio founded in 2008 and based in New York City. The founder and designer, Matthew Chrislip, was trained as a graphic designer, but the studio's projects range from graphics and visual systems to product design and clothing.

This collection of neckties is handmade in New York City from high-end Italian wool flannel suiting and silk faille. The ties are quilted by the designer in his studio.
